Order process time: 2-4 working days.
DHL express shipping time: 3-5 working days.
DHL maybe cost some longger for the serious Covid-19 for special area, if you need the order very urgent, pls confirm again the time with our sales man before the order .

5.Return & Refund Policy
Defective Product Returns. Customer may return most defective Products to PLC-WHOLESALE within the warranty period(13 months warranty time from the date we shiped out). PLC-WHOLESALE will arrange repair first, if can not be repaired, we will arrange replace a new one for you.
Non-Defective Product Returns.
Notification of any issues MUST be made within 14 days of receipt.
Returns are subject to a 20% restock fee.
No refunds until after return inspection is complete.
Items are Non-returnable and non-refundable if Factory Seal is Broken.
NO REFUND will be issued if seal has been broken and item returned.
Returned Item MUST be in the ORIGINAL UNALTERED condition!
Return is VOID if any alterations, repairs, damages, etc have occurred. NO refund will be issued. All items returned must include everything sent, including all original boxes, packing, accessories, hardware, manuals, etc.
