Defective Product Returns. Customer may return most defective Products to PLC-WHOLESALE within the warranty period. PLC-WHOLESALE will arrange repair first, if can not be repaired, we will arrange replace a new one for you.
Non-Defective Product Returns.
Notification of any issues MUST be made within 14 days of receipt.
Returns are subject to a 20% restock fee.
No refunds until after return inspection is complete.
Items are Non-returnable and non-refundable if Factory Seal is Broken.
NO REFUND will be issued if seal has been broken and item returned.
Returned Item MUST be in the ORIGINAL UNALTERED condition!
Return is VOID if any alterations, repairs, damages, etc have occurred. NO refund will be issued. All items returned must include everything sent, including all original boxes, packing, accessories, hardware, manuals, etc.
Original Serial Numbers must be verified.

In order to receive a refund, we must first receive the item . Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within one week to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within one week. It may take longer for the refund to appear in your account once a refund is issued.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
